Our Service software provides our engineers with all details of the equipment they are servicing, including service history, when parts were fitted; Re-occuring problems are flagged for special attention.
Using leading edge software, we monitor all of our devices on service agreement for any issues such as toner levels, high frequency jams or service alerts. Toners are dispatched automatically and service calls, if required, are initiated sometimes before even you know there is an issue!
